WHEELER dump beds feature patent pending technology - corrugated floors - that are used in every ROCSTAR dump bed.

RocStar Bed (Corrugated Floor) Construction of a ROCSTAR bed begins with full length sheets for the side, floor and long sills. This will help to elimate material hang up while dumping.

For strength, each ROCSTAR bed is equiped with V-shaped long sills. These sills are reinforced with baffle plates throughout to increase floor strength. Special attention was given to the hinges by adding extra heavy duty reinforcement around each.

RocStar Bed (HT Series - Hi-Tensile steel rated at 65,000 psi yield and 80,000 psi tensile strength)

HT Series Bodies Designed for the weight conscious general materials hauler. Using hi-tensile steel with corrugated floors offers toughness and the utmost in weight savings.

RocStar Bed (AR Series Bed - Vertical Ribs for Extra Side support)

AR/ARL Series Bodies Designed for the severe applications (i.e. rip rap, shot rock, etc.). Identifiable with its vertical ribs and Abrasion Resistant Brinell 400 steel (150,000 psi yield - 180,000 tensile strength).
