The construction begins with a foundation of 10 ga. tongue and groove floor and 8" channel (longitudinals) along with 4" channel crossmembers. Add in the stakeless 5052 sidewalls and the finished product is a grain bed build for years of touble free use.
All Dakota aluminum beds come equipped with two or three piece swinging doors that are made of a 2"x4" frame and 1/8" plating.
Each bed comes with a 2"x4" removable extruded header, heavy duty 3/8" hinges, 1/2" pins and massive door cam latches to keep the load safe and secure.
